У больных с инфекционным эндокардитом и коронавирусной инфекцией малоизучены. Цель. Изучить демографические, анамнестические и клинические данные пациентов c инфекционным эндокардитом и коронавирусной инфекцией при поступлении в стационар. Материалы и методы. Проведен ретроспективный анализ данных 69 пациентов с инфекционным эндокардитом, находившихся на лечении в Федеральном государственном бюджетном учреждении «Федеральный центр сердечно-сосудистой хирургии» Минздрава Российской Федерации (г. Астрахань) в период с 2019 по 2023 г. Для исследования значения демографических, анамнестических и клинических данных пациентов разделили на две группы в зависимости от наличия или отсутствия у них COVID-19: 1 группа – 24 пациента с инфекционным эндокардитом и лабораторно подтверждённым COVID-19; 2 группа – 45 пациентов с инфекционным эндокардитом без COVID-19. Результаты. Изучение демографических, анамнестических и клинических данных пациентов с инфекционным эндокардитом и коронавирусной инфекцией позволило определить группу больных с коронавирусной инфекцией с высоким риском развития инфекционного эндокардита: лица мужского пола в возрасте от 44 до 64 лет, с первичным инфекционным эндокардитом и поражением аортального клапана.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Demographic, anamnestic and clinical data are of particular diagnostic and prognostic importance in patients with cardiovascular diseases, and have not previously been studied in patients with infective endocarditis and coronavirus infection. The aim. To study demographic, anamnestic and clinical data of patients with infective endocarditis and coronavirus infection upon admission to the hospital. Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of the data of 69 patients with infective endocarditis who were treated at the Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Center of Cardiovascular Surgery of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Astrakhan) from 2019 to 2023 was carried out. To study the significance of demographic, anamnestic and clinical data of patients with infective endocarditis, depending on the presence or absence of Covid-19, they were divided into 2 groups: group 1 consisted of 24 patients with infective endocarditis and laboratory-confirmed Covid-19; group 2 – 45 patients with infectious endocarditis without Covid-19. Results.
