Несмотря на повышение уровня диагностики и лечения, регматогенная отслойка сетчатки остается серьезной глобальной проблемой, приводящей к инвалидизации трудоспособного населения. Целью работы является анализ динамики статистических показателей заболеваемости регматогенной отслойки сетчатки за трехлетний период 2022–2024 гг. в регионах Южного федерального округа. Исследование эпидемиологии регматогенной отслойки сетчатки, в том числе в Южном федеральном округе, признается критически важным для выявления факторов риска, разработки мер профилактики и совершенствования системы медицинской помощи. Материалы и методы. Использовались материалы «Офтальмологического паспорта субъекта Российской Федерации» восьми регионов Южного федерального округа Российской Федерации за 2022–2024 гг. В рамках исследования оценивались показатели общей заболеваемости, диспансерного наблюдения, хирургического лечения и инвалидности у взрослого и детского населения вследствие регматогенной отслойки сетчатки. Результаты. Анализ динамики статистических показателей заболеваемости регматогенной отслойкой сетчатки в Южном федеральном округе за 2022–2024 гг. выявил значительную региональную вариабельность в показателях диспансерного наблюдения, хирургического лечения и инвалидности, связанных с регматогенной отслойкой сетчатки. В среднем статистические показатели не выходят за рамки среднероссийских значений, но показывают разнонаправленную динамику по различным регионам Южного федерального округа. Заключение. Ключевой проблемой является низкий уровень своевременного и полного хирургического лечения пациентов с регматогенной отслойкой сетчатки, несмотря на высокий охват диспансерным наблюдением. Это, в свою очередь, может свидетельствовать о возможных барьерах в оказании специализированной помощи, что требует дальнейшего изучения.

Despite the increased level of diagnosis and treatment, regmatogenic retinal detachment remains a serious global problem, leading to disability of the able-bodied population. The aim of the work is to analyze the dynamics of statistical indicators of the incidence of regmatogenic retinal detachment over the three-year period 2022– 2024 in the regions of the Southern Federal District. The study of the epidemiology of regmatogenic retinal detachment, including in the Southern Federal District, is recognized as critically important for identifying risk factors, developing preventive measures and improving the medical care system. Materials and methods. The materials of the “Ophthalmological passport of the subject of the Russian Federation” of eight regions of the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation for 2022–2024 were used. The study assessed the indicators of general morbidity, follow-up, surgical treatment and disability in adults and children due to regmatogenic retinal detachment. Results. An analysis of the dynamics of statistical indicators of the incidence of regmatogenic retinal detachment in the Southern Federal District for 2022–2024 revealed significant regional variability in the indicators of follow-up, surgical treatment and disability associated with regmatogenic retinal detachment. On average, the statistical indicators do not exceed the national average, but they show multidirectional dynamics in different regions of the Southern Federal District. Conclusion. The key problem is the low level of timely and complete surgical treatment of patients with regmatogenic retinal detachment, despite the high coverage of follow-up. This, in turn, may indicate.
