Приведенные методы играют важную роль в эпидемиологии и разработке вакцин, а также позволяют определять численность и разнообразие антител. Были выяв­лены наиболее популярные в медицинской практике методы иммуноферментного (ELISA), иммунохроматографического и иммунохемилюминесцентного анализов. Однако они используются в ограни­ченной степени для определения статуса инфекции (в сочетании с молекулярно-генетическими ана­лизами), серологической распространенности и статуса иммунной защиты медицинских работников.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern serological and immunological tests are used for screening studies and prediction of the immune response, as well as for the diagnosis of viral diseases of different sensitivity. These methods play an important role in epidemiology and vaccine development, and also allow determining the number and diversity of antibodies. The most popular methods of enzyme immunoassay (ELISA), immunochroma­tographic and immunochemiluminescent assays in medical practice were identified.
