<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers a clinical observation of a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus after reconstructive angioplasty of the femoral artery on the right, the development of acute bypass thrombosis, wet gangrene and amputation during the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The use of oxygenated drugs eliminates tissue oxygenation deficiency, and local wound treatment using hardware hydrosurgical treatment and exogenous nitric oxide flows has a beneficial effect on metabolic processes of wound healing, allows suppressing the activity of wound microbiota and preventing death.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вторичная гнойная рана</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет</kwd><kwd>экзогенный оксид азота</kwd><kwd>новая коронавирусная инфекция COVID-19</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>second purulent</kwd><kwd>diabetes mellitus</kwd><kwd>exogenous nitric oxide</kwd><kwd>COVID-19</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Duloquin G., Pommier T., Georges M., Giroud M., Guenancia C., Béjot Y., Laurent G., Rabec C.
