Difficulties in surgical treatment of colon cancer

Abstract

A clinical case of treatment of a patient with cancer of the hepatic angle of the colon with involvement of the duodenum and head of the pancreas is presented. Traumatic surgical treatment was performed in the volume of extended gastropancreatoduodenal resection with hemicolectomy on the right. Тhe patient underwent an adjuvant chemotherapy program. Currently, he has been under dispensary observation for 3 years without signs of relapse and progression of the oncological disease.
